It's that time of year again. Harvest time, Craft Fairs and Fall Festivals are just around the corner. Then come the holidays. This is most crafters favorite time of year. It is certainly ours here at Celene's Treasure Chest Country Store in Coffeen, Illinois. We will be showing our crafts at several fairs and festivals. Pam and I (we call our crafts Wood n' Whimsy) are hammering, sanding, sawing and painting as fast as we can. Here are a few of our newest fall primitive crafts. I hope you'll let us know what you think.
I made this out of an old antique farm seed sifter/shaker box. It hangs or sits.

Cute ideas! I think the insulators are great too...and would be nice done for Christmas also. I used to put them in wire holders ( matthews wire) and make homespun garters to go around them ...(they would hold votives.) good luck to you and Pam with your shows and shop!
